Shipping Policy
Urban India Healthcare offers free shipping on all orders across India. We are committed to delivering your period care products quickly and safely.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and rural areas. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- COD orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order placement
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 3-5 business days
- Rural/remote areas: 5-7 business days
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order status through the tracking link provided.
Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. All packages are discreetly packed for your privacy.
Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Holiday Shipping
During festive seasons and holidays, delivery times may be extended by 1-3 business days. We will notify you of any expected delays.
