Return & Refund Policy

At Urban India Healthcare, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 45-day return policy on all our period care products.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 45 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Gift cards and promotional items

Important: Due to the nature of our products (menstrual hygiene/period care), opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will guide you through the return process
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the product back to us (return shipping costs may apply)

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• COD orders are refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
